Granny’s Homemade Sugar Free Banana Ice Cream
Do you have fond family memories of homemade ice cream? It’s time to pass them on. Homemade Banana ice cream is my favorite, and I am passing this recipe on just in time for all those Memorial weekend cookouts.
Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk
1/2 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk

Healthy Chicken Chili
2 pounds ground chicken
1 large sweet onion, diced
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Mexican style chili powder
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 cans Del Monte chili style diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans (optional)

Granny’s Low Fat Apple Slaw
5 red delicious apples cored and cut into bite size bits
1 bag cole slaw mix (the cabbage and carrots have been shredded for
you)

1 small bag of pecan pieces
