Baked Beans

One very large can Campbell’s Pork and Beans
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
3 Tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
4 slices turkey bacon

Stuffed Celery

Celery makes a great snack, especially if it’s stuffed with something great.  The ribs make great receptacles for lots of goodies.  I love celery stuffed with peanut butter, celery stuffed with string cheese, celery stuffed with cream cheese, celery stuffed with chicken salad or tuna salad, and celery stuffed with pimento cheese.

Chicken and Broccoli Fettucine Alfredo

My boys love this recipe, and they don’t even know that I use low carb Dreamfields pasta!
