Family News:

My 4 year old grandaughter is here visiting from Florida. While it’s been an adjustment having a 4 year old in the house full time again, she brings us so much joy.  Fortunately, I also have another 4 year old grandaughter who is coming over daily to keep her company.  Trust me, it’s much easier to take care of two 4 year olds who are having fun and are occupied, than one 4 year old who is bored stiff.

Other News:

My weight remains the same. That’s no surprise as my habits are remaining the same. No gain. No loss. Just standing still for now.  I have other thoughts to add this section later in the day. Right now, I have two four year olds who are insisting that it’s time for breakfast!
