Low Carb tortilla (you can use an already made taco salad bowl if you wish)

Pam Spray

shredded lettuce

1 pound ground chicken or turkey

2 Tbsp. olive oil

Taco seasoning

chopped tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes halved)

black olives

salsa

shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend cheese)

sour cream

Brown the ground chicken or turkey in olive oil.  Season with taco seasoning to taste.  Make a taco salad bowl by spraying an upside down oven proof bowl and laying the low carb tortilla over the bowl.  Heat in a 350 oven until lightly browned.  The tortilla will form to the bowl.  Fill the toasted bowl with shredded lettuce.  Top with half the chicken or turkey taco mix.  Add tomatoes, olives, salsa, cheese, and sour cream to taste.  (You can add beans if you wish or substitue beans for meat.  You can also cut skirt steak in strips or boneless chicken breast in thin slices and stir fry in olive oil and season with chili powder and garlic powder and salt and pepper to use as a substitute for the taco mixture and have a fajita salad.)
