Hot Wings with Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing
Posted by Deb under HomeSpun Recipes
1 4-5 pound bag chicken wings
Seasoned Salt
1/2 bottle Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 bottle Kraft Barbeque Sauce
4 Tbsp. Honey
Several ribs of fresh celery
Your Favorite Blue Cheese Dressing
Wash wings and cut into pieces, separating the “drumstick” part from the other part. Remove and discard wing tips. Pat pieces dry and sprinkle liberally with seasoned salt. Bake on a shallow baking pan in oven at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Make sauce in a large pot: blend sauces with honey and stir well. Add baked chicken wings to the sauce and carefully mix until all pieces are well-coated. Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
You can also make regular chicken legs the same way if you like more meat!
