Baked Beans

One very large can Campbell’s Pork and Beans
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
3 Tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
4 slices turkey bacon
Mix the beans, mustard, onion, and sugar free maple syrup in a casserole dish. Place the strips of turkey bacon on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. If the bacon is getting too brown, cover the casserole dish with foil after baking 30 minutes. Remove the foil when finished baking and turn on the oven broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp the bacon.
Baked beans have a lot of fiber, which is so good for you!
