Easy, Economical Chicken Pot Pie
whole chicken or chicken parts, whichever is cheaper
1 medium sweet onion (diced and precooked for 5 minutes in microwave)
4 cans mixed vegetables (buy the store brand to save)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (again, buy the store brand to save)

Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 and 1/2 sticks butter, softened
6 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped pecans
1 9 inch deep dish pie shell unbaked

Deb’s Delicious Thanksgiving Dressing
1 pound Jimmy Dean’s Sage Sausage
4 large stalks celery, diced
1 medium sweet onion, diced
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Herbal Bread Stuffing Mix
4 boiled eggs, diced
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
chicken or turkey stock to wet mixture well (about 4 cups)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
