Sugar Free Cream Cheese Fudge Recipe
In this fudge recipe, cream cheese is combined with unsweetened chocolate, sugar substitute, vanilla and pecans then chilled and cut into squares.
Ingredients:
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 C. sugar substitute (Splenda)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 C. chopped pecans
