Low Cal Frozen Coffee Treat
Java Ice Cream Freeze!
Ingredients:
6 oz. prepared coffee (brewed from coffee grounds or made with instant coffee); chilled
1/2 cup Breyers Slow Churned Sugar Free ice cream, Creamy Vanilla (or for a Mocha freeze, use Sugar Free chocolate ice cream)
1 1/2 cups crushed ice (about 7 - 10 ice cubes)

Chicken and Broccoli Fettucine Alfredo
My boys love this recipe, and they don’t even know that I use low carb Dreamfields pasta!
